All shows produced in studio A and studio B at BNN are now eligible for addition to the BNN video on demand library.

After each episode of your show is taped, fill out the form below.
We will send you a link to watch your show on or shortly after its television premier date.

BNN Video on Demand is a service being offered to current members to share new programming produced in Boston in the BNN Digital Video Catalog.  Potential costs associated with this service will be announced in the near future.

Eligibility:
Current BNN membership (Expired membership may result in content being removed and deleted)
•	Phase 1 eligibility: Series that are produced on-site in BNN Community TV Studio A or BNNLive Studio B; start date May 1, 2017
•	Phase 2 eligibility: Series that are produced using BNN equipment and/or utilize BNN facilities; start date to be determined. 
•	Phase 3 eligibility: Series that are produced in Boston; start date to be determined. 
As we continue to expand VOD capacity, there may be unexpected website unavailability or disruption.

Specifications:
In order to accommodate as many shows as possible, you must follow these VOD guidelines to have your request approved:

Video Guidelines
•	At this time, we are not offering this service for previously produced programming. Only new shows with current content will be added to the BNN Digital Video Catalog.
•	All shows must have had at least one broadcast on BNN TV before being added to BNN VOD.
•	All series must be approved in advance.  
•	All video must adhere to BNN policies and guidelines; including the prohibition of commercial content, mature content, unauthorized use of copyrighted material and illegal content including, but not limited to, obscenities or libel. BNN Access Policies can be found on our website at http://bnnmedia.org/sites/default/files/Member-Policies.pdf .

Submitting a VOD Series Application Form
•	Submit a VOD Series Application Form online at http://bnnmedia.org/VODSeriesApplication. Producers will be required to include a detailed description about their series: genre of show, name of the host(s), goals of the show, type of guests, history of the show, etc. 
•	A frame of your program’s title screen will be used as the image on your VOD series webpage.  If you wish to use a different image, you may upload a .jpeg or .bmp for consideration with your request.  BNN reserves the right to edit copy and select graphics.
•	BNN will contact you when your series is approved. You will then be permitted to make VOD Episode Submissions.

Completing a VOD Episode Submission Form (One request per episode)
•	All VOD Episode Submission Forms must be submitted online at http://bnnmedia.org/vodepisodesubmission. Print outs or email submissions will not be accepted. 
•	A short (3 sentence) description of your video/program must be included with your VOD Episode Submission Form.  We reserve the right to edit your description.
•	VOD Episode Submission Forms may not be submitted in advance of the episode being produced.
•	Once your VOD Episode Submission Form has been processed, your show will be uploaded and made available via the BNN website.  A link to your show will be sent to you via email on or shortly after the date that the episode premiers on television. Videos will also be viewable on mobile devices.
